A Lue Designs partnered with a local real estate investor and a trusted general contractor to completely transform this Denver home for resale. Working within the project's budget, our goal was to create a timeless, move-in-ready home that would appeal to today's buyers while honoring the character and history of the neighborhood.

The renovation included a complete redesign of the kitchen, primary bathroom, guest bathroom, bedrooms, living and dining areas, entryway, basement, and exterior of the home. Every finish—from flooring, cabinetry, countertops, lighting, paint, mirrors, and tile—was carefully selected to maximize both durability and visual impact while maintaining a thoughtful investment in the overall project.

Inspired by Denver's rich western heritage, we blended modern farmhouse influences with clean, contemporary finishes to create a home that feels both current and connected to its surroundings. Two-tone cabinetry, quartz countertops, a subtle chevron tile backsplash, waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring, warm greige walls, and a carefully balanced mix of matte black and brushed gold fixtures created a timeless aesthetic designed to appeal to a wide range of buyers. Pops of blue and green throughout the home added personality while maintaining a cohesive, neutral palette.

The result was a complete transformation that respected the home's history while preparing it for its next chapter. By balancing thoughtful design, practical material selections, and market appeal, the home sold just 42 days after hitting the market—a successful outcome for both the investor and the future homeowners.
