Deer Springs was a full-home remodel that transformed nearly every major living space, including the kitchen, entryway, laundry room, basement, powder bath, guest bath, and primary bathroom. The homeowners were drawn to a unique blend of modern, rustic, and eclectic design, and our goal was to create a cohesive home that reflected their personal style while improving the way each space functioned.

The custom kitchen became the centerpiece of the renovation, featuring a 15-foot island, a handcrafted wood range hood, and striking natural stone countertops and backsplash that continued into the primary bathroom to create visual continuity throughout the home. Thoughtfully integrated storage solutions—including pantry pull-outs, appliance garages, toe-kick drawers, and corner cabinet organizers—helped maximize functionality without compromising the design.

In the primary bathroom, we selected a freestanding copper soaking tub paired with coordinating copper fixtures to create a warm, timeless focal point. Beyond its distinctive appearance, copper was chosen for its natural antimicrobial properties, resistance to mold, excellent heat retention, and low-maintenance durability. A custom shower floor was carefully designed to complement the natural stone and pull together the room's rich color palette, while custom lighting throughout the home added warmth and character to each space.

Every design decision was tailored to the homeowners' vision rather than following current trends, resulting in a home that feels authentic, functional, and uniquely theirs. Originally, the family planned to renovate before selling the home. By the time the project was complete, they loved the transformation so much that they decided to stay—one of the most rewarding outcomes any designer could hope for.
